I was writing this to a reader who emailed me and thought I would share:
Appearance is all about personal satisfaction, and I have to tell you, if you aren’t happy in your heart with how you look, then motivating to change that will not only make you happier with your physical appearance, but it will also show you the strength and determination that you ACTUALLY have. Plus, we are what we eat, so if you are ingesting a bunch of “non fat” chemical bullshit then your body of course is going to revolt. Eat natural, organic stuff. At least try to cut out the processed foods, and this is not for your physical appearance, this is for your well-being, cancer prevention, and as I like to call it, life endurance.
I know the last thing you want to hear is “read this how-to book,” but this one isn’t one of those. It’s just informative, giving you all the info about what it is we are actually eating/drinking, and what happens when it hits our mouths. Plus, it’s an easy read, and the girls are really funny. I’ve cut out dairy and definitely noticed a difference.
Enjoy the book, but most importantly, find what it is that makes you enjoy YOU.
