Here’s the full gown. It’s Marchesa, which I think is really tough to pull off. Although if anyone could have done it, it would have been Anne.
The draping, though … I don’t know. It’s just too Cleopatra’s toga for me.
The draping is in and very difficult to do. The trend is called Grecian (draping and one shoulder neckline). This was by far my favorite gown of the night. (Much better than Kathrine Heigel’s version) And I am NOT an Anne fan, she’s so pretentious in person.
Not sure why, but I’m not into the Oscars this year. Watched them today, and the pre-show (while working). Seacrest did an impeccable job at keeping the carpet commentary interesting.
My second runner up was Keri Russell.
Tied for third: Cameron Diaz and Jennifer Garner.
