I am a strong believer in teeth. You have to take really good care of them, otherwise you’re just bringing pain, physical and financial, on yourself.
I’m not going to lie, my teeth (above) cost a pretty penny. I had braces for 5 years and have a permanent retainer on my lower teeth. In the last year I had four wisdom teeth pulled, a root canal, and a crown put on, ugh. I’m blessed with white teeth, thank goodness, because strong teeth I am not (fillings galore!).
Anyway, I’m not saying everyone run out and get braces or veneers, but I am saying that you should probably take a good look at your smile. It’s one of the first thing people see when they meet you, presentation is everything!
Besides the brushing AND flossing, I suggest bleaching. Laser is expensive and painful, trays from the dentist are less $$ and turn out really good results. But so do the over-the-counter kits.
Just a thought, sometimes when you see the same thing everyday, you forget that it’s those things that often need to be a priority.
