I’m researching political t’s and I’ve found so many great ones from CitizenSugar.com

Their cover story today is commenting the autrocity of a Washington Post piece entitled, “Women v. Women: We Scream. We Swoon. How Dumb Can We Get?” by Charlotte Allen:

The basis of the article came from another piece chronicling women screaming “I love you” at Obama rallies and fainting (5 women to date) in his presence.  From this she concludes:

“I can’t help it, but reading about such episodes of screaming, gushing and swooning makes me wonder whether women — I should say “we women,” of course — aren’t the weaker sex after all. Or even the stupid sex, our brains permanently occluded by random emotions, psychosomatic flailings and distraction by the superficial. Women “are only children of a larger growth,” wrote the 18th-century Earl of Chesterfield. Could he have been right?”

“So I don’t understand why more women don’t relax, enjoy the innate abilities most of us possess (as well as the ones fewer of us possess) and revel in the things most important to life at which nearly all of us excel: tenderness toward children and men and the weak and the ability to make a house a home. “

She speaks about how she can’t believe there is an “Oprah Winfrey Show” and that Hillary “has run one of the worst — and, yes, stupidest — presidential races in recent history, marred by every stereotypical flaw of the female sex.”

In my opinion, if you want to be a house wife, be a house wife and raise a family, if you want to run for president, run. A woman is capable of whatever she puts her mind to.  And the only thing that’s wrong with our race is people like Charlotte Allen who have the confidence of defeated child.  God woman, you write for a prestigious publication, you got there for being intelligent and talented (which we now all question), you really want to call us all dumb???

But, now thinking about it, what kind of journalist repeatedly uses “stupid,” “stupidest,” and “dumb” in one article?  I’m sure she knows how to use the thesaurus on her Word…or is actually that stupid??

And on a final note, there is nothing easy about being a house wife and raising a family.

To answer the question on CitizenSugar, the more I think about it, the more I am appalled not only by this article, but more so by this WOMAN.  She just topped Donna Karan on my most disgraceful woman list, and that’s not easy.
