Went to the gym today for the first time in a month. Can you believe I just finally got rid of the stabbing feeling in my lungs???
What a feeling, what a rush. I’ve missed it (and eating meat! which I actually didn’t mind giving up, it made me feel better. But I had a dream about a chicken salad sandwich last night so I think it’s time).
Now the goal is to rebuild the 5 lbs of muscle that I lost. Goal weight is 125. This is the first time in my life I’ve ever said I wanted to gain weight. Unfortunately the weight I want is not the same weight you get by eating pizza (because I want to look like this chic in the picture. Abs won’t happen, but the rest, perhaps).
HEALTH AND FITNESS ARE IMPORTANT ELEMENTS NOT ONLY TO STYLE BUT ALSO TO YOU WELL-BEING. Try pushing yourself a little today (whatever that means for you) and see if you feel a difference afterwards. Betcha you’re smiling :)
