Reasons to hit the gym:
- Live longer
- Feel better
- Be able to eat more
- Look better, even if still not perfect, in a bathing suit
- Get rid of all of your pent up anger and stress
- Achieve some mental clarity
- Meet someone hot in the gym
- Not feel so bad eating sweets
- Enjoy foreplay more because your body is rock hard
- Sound good to other people
- Did I say eat more??
Reasons Not to Workout:
- Clothes get baggy and don’t fit
- You’re F-ing tired and a nap is more productive
- You could/should be working
- A pint of beer can serve as a bumbell (if you do enough reps)
- You can meet a hottie anywhere, and the more you drink, the hotter they get
