Reasons to hit the gym:

You will:

  1. Live longer
  2. Feel better
  3. Be able to eat more
  4. Look better, even if still not perfect, in a bathing suit
  5. Get rid of all of your pent up anger and stress
  6. Achieve some mental clarity
  7. Meet someone hot in the gym
  8. Not feel so bad eating sweets
  9. Enjoy foreplay more because your body is rock hard
  10. Sound good to other people
  11. Did I say eat more??

Reasons Not to Workout:

  1. Clothes get baggy and don’t fit
  2. You’re F-ing tired and a nap is more productive
  3. You could/should be working
  4. A pint of beer can serve as a bumbell (if you do enough reps)
  5. You can meet a hottie anywhere, and the more you drink, the hotter they get
