Happy Birthday Heft! 

Not sure what happened to this cake. 

For her birthday I made one from scratch.  Being in the Hamptons, I didn’t have my recipes with me, so I used the one on the back of the Hershey’s Chocolate Unsweetened Powder container.  It was actually REALLY TASTEY AND MOIST! I whipped up some cream cheese frosting as well. 

Cream Cheese Frosting:

  • Stick of room temperature butter
  • 2 containers of Whipped Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Sifted powdered sugar, until it tastes right

Very healthy :)
