Yeah for PBJ
I’ve always thought a peanut butter and jelly sandwich was as bad as you could get. However, Andy has convinced me that his version is in fact good for you.
- French Meadows Healthy Hemp Bagels (Organic, Vegan, Yeast and Sweetner free. 20g protein, 14g fiber, 6g fat, none of which is saturated)
- Organic, Crunchy Unsalted Peanut Butter
- Organic pure fruit jam (this is my addition)
It sounds pretty awful but, the combination is delicious!! After only half, I’m stuffed.
