In today’s Am NY, self proclaimed Healthy Gourmet Ben Muessig provides tips on how to choose healthy pasta at a restaurant.
- Don’t order stuffed ravioli or tortellini
- Order “plainer” noodles – spaghetti, linguini, etc
- Wheat pasta is the best choice (never available at any decent NY Italian restaurant)
- Choose a light marinara instead of a creamy sauce
Wow! Is this guy kidding? Did they reuse this piece from the 90’s? Maybe tomorrow he will inform us about healthy desserts: berries or cheesecake, hmmm….
