Here’s my health food tip for the day:

When you are grabbing a snack on the go, craving a sweet treat, choosing a breakfast cereal or frozen dinner (because sometimes it’s been a long day), you can rely on Kashi to have a healthy and tasty option for you.

You know I’m a cookie monster, so to fulfill my post-meal cookie cravings, I grab a Kashi Oatmeal Dark Chocolate Chip cookie.  Here are the facts:

  • 5 g of fat (1.5 saturated)
  • 130 calories
  • 21g carbs (3g of Fiber, 8g sugar)
  • 2g protein

Not bad for a cookie, AND it tastes good! Even my M&M loving mom likes them :)
