if only kashi did a gluten-free brand. i know, there are gluten-free cookies out there but they are either gross or super expensive. i guess i’ll stick to carrots. no fun.
I know! I’ve been wishing the same thing! Have you tried Pamela’s? Or, make your own… a favorite recipe of mine is the Post Punk Kitchen’s Wheat-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies. If you can’t find GF oat flour, use GF oats and make flour in the blender. It’s super easy.
Nana’s makes Gluten Free cookies, but not in flavors I like. They do, however, make Wheat-Free Chocolate Chip and Oatmeal Raisin cookies that are organic, egg and dairy free, refined sugar free (sweetened with fruit juice).
