Ahhhhh…..Saturday morning after a good night’s sleep. Ready to hit the gym.

One of my favorite ways to start the day is with a little Brazilian flare.

  1. Take frozen one frozen acai and berry packet (freezer fruit section of the grocery store, and don’t get pure acai, it’s too bitter), microwave for 10-15 seconds to get it soft, but still a little frozen.  Mush it up in bowl.
  2. Slice half a banana.
  3. Add about 1/4 cup granola. (Make sure you choose one without a lot of sugar or fat.)

Something different than your usual bran flakes.
