Today’s post-workout lunch:

  • Thinly sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 1/3 avocado, diced
  • Drizzle of grape seed oil (less saturated fat than EVOO)
  • Aged balsamic vinegar (sweeter when aged)
  • Wheat toast
  • Kashi oatmeal dark chocolate chip cookie
  • Water
