As tasty as Angelo looked, his food was even better!
Above is the Sea Bass in the forefront, Lobster on the left, and Snapper with Mussels on the right. Not even the chef would tell you the food is authentic Ethiopian, but you could distinguish the African influence.
Each dish tasted familiar but still had a hint of something unique. The sea bass came with pureed plantains with green apple slices and cilantro. Sounds gross right? WRONG. Try delicious and a breath of fresh air from butternut squash something or oily veggies.
Not pictured was a sweet potato roll that would make your grandmother tear up and review her recipe.
