The cozy venue is designed after old French apothecaries.   One glance at the bar, you’ll see why.  There are jars of fruits and herbs soaking in liquor and absinthe awaiting use in one of their many cocktail combinations. 

Yes, you heard me absinthe.  Apparently there is an absinthe specialist who is the only one allowed to make drinks with it, and he doesn’t get there until 10:30.  Makes sense I guess. If you are going to get really drunk, you should do it after the Debbie Downers have headed home.

Overall, great concept, beautiful execution!
