This morning I’m attempting my own green smootie. My ingredients are DARK leafy greens (kale, romaine, spinach), apples, pear, banana, water, and light agave. Usually you shouldn’t include a banana in a green juice smoothie, but it’s the holidays so I thought I’d go crazy. I made a video with Kipp from ELF while in Los Angeles. Meghan is editing it as we speak so you’ll be fully prepared to make your own soon! Note: I’m using a blender, NOT a juicer. This way it has more fiber and is more filling.
