I thought I would be going through withdrawal of getting to workout outside when I got home, but you know what…home this week is hot and humid Houston NOT freezing cold New York. So I hit the Rice Stadium bleachers for some intense cardio.
Usually the place is empty, but they were having a kicking competition for high school boys. (Damn) Not that I would be into college players, but coaches….Nah.
As you can tell, these bleachers are a little more intense than the ones in Woodsboro. Try 88 steps up of running lunges 16 times! And then a lap around the top. Ouch. That will get ya back into shape pretty quick. It’s a great way to change up your routine and keep your muscles on their toes.
