You know how I roll.  I’m a one-pot wonder.  Honestly, I just don’t see little ole me as worth the effort for anything more.  And the mess, ugh.

Here’s my shtick: Sautee veggies in pan in a little olive or grape seed oil.  Add sauce or just some spices. Maybe ground turkey (that requires another pan).  Pasta perhaps.  But veggies are always the center of attention.
