SING AND SPIN PLAYLIST
I’m usually a Classic Rock girl, but for some reason, I was feeling the top 40 hits for
tomorrow’stoday’s Soul Survivor playlist. One hour of songs you know by heart to get your heart pumpin’ and legs throbin’. Whoooo hoooo!!!
I know it seems random, but there is a method to my madness. I choose each song so your feet step with beat (hills, sprints, jogs, etc). Genres and melodies guide your mind to keep you focused either on the work or purging out the stress you carry with you all week. You see, I have a strategy in kicking your ass so you think it’s fun :)
The class is sold out so I must be doing something right.
