Sometimes, you just don’t want to go to the gym, or you don’t have time, whatever. There are a million reasons to stay home. But, that doesn’t mean you don’t want to tone up. Dilemma? Nope. You can sit on your ass, in your pj’s, watching your favorite show (or a rerun on Bravo), and workout at the same time. I didn’t even leave the bed to make this video. Curious now aren’t you :)
You can also do these exercises at the gym in between the sets you do with heavy weights. This way you keep your heart rate up and tone while giving the focal muscle group a chance to recover.
