Spring is here and that means sun dresses, bathing suits, and if you’re lucky birthday suits. So let’s get in shape together shall we?
I feel like Monday is when we gear up to tackle the week’s tasks. Our outlook is optimistic and nothing’s going to stand in our way of accomplishing our goals. In terms of our job, diet, and exercise regimen, Monday is our strong day to set the pace for the week.
