I’ll tell you, being a blogger means having a wacked out sleep schedule.  That is, if I get sleep at all.  A friend of mine told me yesterday I need to work SMART not HARD, and I would have more time for sleep.  Sounds like that 4-hour work week bologna, but still a valid point.  But, what if I can’t turn your mind off ?  How should i get to sleep?  This is the topic at hand on today’s TMI weekly.
