Swiss Ball Arm Exercise – Skull Crushers
Instead of sitting on a bench to do arm exercises (chest press, skull crushers, etc), use the Swiss Ball to keep your lower body active and abs tight.
I’m demonstrating a one-armed skull crusher. :: An easier option is to use a body bar and work both arms at the same time.
The movement is simple. Lower the weight down towards your skull with one hand, while the other helps keep your upper arm perpendicular to your body.
Here I’m using a 12 pound weight, but you can go anywhere from 5-15 lbs.
