There’s a new themed day to look forward to on my blog! Every Thursday you’ll find several posts from myself, other blogs, and friends about food including recipes, restaurant reviews, nutrition advice, etc.
After all of the emails I received about green smoothies and brussels sprouts, I figured we should continue to share our tips and fun food finds.
I don’t promise everything will be “healthy” per se. That would be boring. And we all need to indulge every once in a while (or every day) with a treat that’s bigger than a Sweet ‘N Low packet.
