If you can get to the gym, but need help changing up your workout, try iTrain.  This site provides downloadable workouts in every area of fitness.  The podcasts come with instruction and music so all you have to do is show up to the gym ready to sweat.

The iTrain system was developed by Grace Lazenby from Equinox who taught me the exercises  in my beach bum bootie video.  She then brought on Keith Irace who runs group fitness for Equinox in SoCal.  So needless to say, they’ve built a strong team of pros to help you get in gear and tone up.
