My “Push” Today – After a long night of work, without a wink of sleep, suffering from an aching back and a crick in my neck, I traveled an hour and a half by train and subway to make it to a 10:30am spin class at Soul Cycle. Not only did I not slack off, but when my legs started getting tired, I stepped up my game. Now I’m physically and mentally refreshed and have a renewed sense of strength for my day. No nap, no coffee, if you go for it, “the push” is all you need. (See Reilly’s article a few posts back for further explanation of “the push.” Thanks for the motivation. Reilly, I needed it today.)
