SNACK ATTACK PART 2
Earlier this week Nutritionista posted about her love for Lara Bars as the perfect snack because they combine fruit and nuts. I’ll give her that Lara Bars are one of the only healthy bars on the market. But! What if you don’t like dates (the main ingredient)?? That would be me.
I head for Gnu Food’s Flavor and Fiber bars. It’s like a chewy granola bar that’s more filling. My favs are Oatmeal Raisin and Banana Walnut. As you would expect, they’re vegan without any additive crap or syrup and only 130-140 calories.
They’re available at most deli’s individually, but you have to go to Whole Foods to find a box. Or of course, order them online.
