Andy and I are huge fans of all-in-ones. Either it goes all in one pot or we make it all in one night!
Here’s my favorite thing he threw together on my last visit. Obviously you’ll need a big pot :)
- Quinoa (which he prepared)
- Pulled apart rotisserie chicken
- Sauteed broccoli, asparagus, mushrooms, onions (w/EVO and garlic in the skillet)
- Fresh organic marinara
- Oregano, salt, pepper, garlic
So easy and it lasted for two days…ultimate frugality and uber healthy.
