How To Do A Basic Push Up – Novice

I know push ups suck, but they are one of the most effective upper body workouts around.  If you only do them once a week, I’ll still give you a cookie reward.

The problem is many people don’t know how to do them properly.  So check out this video to get your form down, and I promise you’ll feel and see a difference.  

BTW, totally cool to go down to your knees.  Just remember, your abs are still important so keep them pulled in.  As for your derirere, keep it down; your hips should be in line with your back.  No backing that ass up – save that for the club.

Give me at least 3 sets of 12 once a week. Ok? Sound fair?
