Tired of your workout playlist? Me too. So for my 30 minutes on the stairmaster I downloaded the last two episodes of TMI weekly to my iPhone. People think I’m a little crazy laughing bent over while I climb, but it makes the time go by quickly. Afterwards I’m going back to the music.
