I don’t know about you, but it seems like no matter how much I run or cut out carbs, my inner thigh is still soft and….giggly. You know how to do the abducter machine (aka the yaya machine always in front of the mirror), so Roland offers another option if you’re at home or looking to change up your routine.

To increase the intensity of this workout, you can buy ankle weights to strap on (sexual pun intended). They’re not expensive and worth the cash if you’re not at the gym regularly.  You can use them for butt lifts or in place of hand weights for Lazy Day exercises.
