Today’s workout started with a 3 mile run around Memorial park. I ran it yesterday and loved it so much I came back for round 2. Although, I didn’t feel as strong and quick today. The impact on my joints was taking a toll, and my abs didn’t want to support my knees pulling up. I pushed through it and now I’m at the gym for an hour with Roland. I’m thinking I want to focus on back, hamstrings, and butt today.
