Upper Body Toning

Let’s start toning that upper body shall we?  

In my opinion, you need a minimum of three exercises per muscle group in one day.  In this video, I offer you two sets of three exercises to focus on your chest and triceps.  You create the third set with your favorites and voila, you have a workout.

(BTW, this is my first attempt at iMove…not too bad, but definitely room for improvement.)
