DELICIOUS DISH – Leftover, Mayo-less Chicken Salad
I love chicken salad but I can’t stand how it’s always doused in Mayo. So the other day I tried a little experiment using my mom’s Magic Bullet chopper.
- Leftover chicken fajitas
- Green apple
- Organic, unsweetened raisins
- Brianna’s Blush Wine Vinaigrette
I wasn’t in the mood for chunks of chicken so I threw the chicken into the Bullet and let ‘er rip. A blender would work too.
Because the chicken was already flavored and not dried out, I didn’t need to use Mayo. The blush wine dressing adds the sweet that went well with the smokey, salty chicken.
