To make sure I’m engaging my core today, I’m working out bare tummy. I hate it. It’s a little too much exposure for my taste, but I know that I’ll keep my abs in. The tan helps make me feel a little more comfortable I’ll admit. But I’m still very concious about it. Here goes. (P.S. No idea what that stain is.)
UPDATE: This trick totally worked. I caught myself slouching with a rolled belly 5 times and quickly re-engaged. I don’t say “sucked in” because that implies holding your breath. The challenge is to tighten your abs so you can breath and work out at the same time. It’s not easy!!!
