Delicious Dish – Lenore’s Roasted Cauliflower
Lenore from The Outpost Inn is an unbelievable cook! When we arrived on Friday, she popped this out of the oven. She wanted me to take a picture of them in a pretty bowl, but they never made it. Between the 5 of us, they were gone in 60 seconds.
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
- 1 jalepeno finely diced
- 1 Tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
Here’s what you need to do:
Preheat oven to 425.
Whisk everything together. Toss in cauliflower. Roast until lightly golden brown and tender (about 20-25 minutes).
