It’s harder than you think to find a good outdoor brunch in NYC.  Not to mention without an hour wait.

I’m not sure what the situation will be, but I think this new brunch is worth a shot.

Tomorrow is the opening of Saturday brunch at The Cabanas on the roof of the Maritime Hotel.

They promise the music will be a better selection than techno beat that floods W Broadway and the Meat Packing district.  Not to mention they’ll actually be serving food (you know who you are Merkato).

The menu will offer Italian specials by Chef Bart Retolatto from La Bottega Trattoria.  As I have not seen the actual “Cabanas” menu, I have no idea what the price range will be, but you can guesstimate by the La Bottega brunch.
