P.S. I shot this after a TMI taping so I’m wearing a considerable amount of makeup, especially for the gym. If you’ve seen my other makeup-less workout videos, you’ll probably be flooding my inbox with requests for makeup in the future. My sweaty, splotchy face is not appealing, no matter how natural it is.
