Looking to for a little total body toning before the holiday?
Do this 10 minute workout everyday this week and see if you notice a change. ¬†If you go to the gym regularly, incorporate the circuit at the end of your workout.
- 20 jumping jacks.
- 50 crunches – Your choice. ¬†Do a different movement each time through. ¬†Make sure to pull you navel in and exhale with every crunch.¬†
- 20 push ups – Do as many as you can on your feet and drop to your knees if you need to.
- 20 squats – Get low and squeeze your butt every time you come up.
- 20 lunges per leg.
- 20 Tricep dips – keep your butt as close to the end of the¬†
- Repeat two more times.
