This Week’s Challenge: 10 minute toning circuit

Looking to for a little total body toning before the holiday?

Do this 10 minute workout everyday this week and see if you notice a change.  If you go to the gym regularly, incorporate the circuit at the end of your workout.

  1. 20 jumping jacks.
  2. 50 crunches РYour choice.  Do a different movement each time through.  Make sure to pull you navel in and exhale with every crunch. 
  3. 20 push ups – Do as many as you can on your feet and drop to your knees if you need to.
  4. 20 squats – Get low and squeeze your butt every time you come up.
  5. 20 lunges per leg.
  6. 20 Tricep dips Рkeep your butt as close to the end of the 
  7. Repeat two more times.
