Meet Francesca Meccariello – MTM’s new fitness contributor! She will be writing “Breaking Down The Workout” to keep you motivated and your muscles challenged.
Francesca is here to help you, so let her know what you’re interested in learning about. Whether it’s cardio, specific muscle groups, new exercises, form, etc. If you’re in NYC, she teaches at Equinox and is also available for outside private training upon request.
With a background in nutrition, she can also lend a perspective on how certain foods effect our workout and muscle growth.
