This month we are recognizing the efforts of one man taking many strides to support a big mission IN PINK SPANDEX!
Team Continuum is the non-profit Nicholls set up to raise money for the immediate care of cancer patients. When he himself was diagnosed with Stage 3 Myeloma, he still completed the NYC marathon to raise money for cancer, and then started this charity so others could do the same.
Thus far they have raised 3.5 million dollars to go towards the immediate help of cancer patients.
It’s said that Nicholls had always told John he was overweight and should take better care of himself. And John is taking his advice and running for Nicholls’ cause.
JOHN IS DEDICATED TO RAISING $1 MILLION DOLLARS FOR LOSING OVER 100 POUNDS BY THE END OF THE YEAR.
And, he’s doing it wearing pink spandex!
See for yourself on his blog: JohnCodlingisTooFat.com where he charts his progress and sheer determination to train off those pounds and kill it in the big race.
Supporting John is a great way to applaud his efforts to get in shape and help get funding to cancer patients who need your help now.
You’ve heard it a million times because it’s true: every little bit helps!
