You Can Never Do Enough Ab Exercises

You can never have enough movements at your disposal to pull in your lower abs.  Here’s a new one for you.

  1. Bring your feet together, knees wide and as close to the ground as possible.
  2. Hands together, arms go straight behind your head.
  3. Pull your navel to your spine and flatten your back against the ground.
  4. Keeping your knees wide and your back flat, crunch your hands to your feet.  Exhale as you come up.
