- Bring your feet together, knees wide and as close to the ground as possible.
- Hands together, arms go straight behind your head.
- Pull your navel to your spine and flatten your back against the ground.
- Keeping your knees wide and your back flat, crunch your hands to your feet. Exhale as you come up.
