I always make my own salad to take on the plane. It’s the healthiest way to travel and ensure you don’t eat crap because it’s convenient. For tomorrow’s trip to Mexico, I’ll be dining on grilled chicken with chopped romaine, broccoli, and bell pepper salad. I offered to make one for Adrien, but he’s game for the plane. We’re flying Mexicana….(scary!)
