Thousands of writers submit their articles. And those who do are forced to choose a silly stock photo to headline their work. But we do because DC has millions of readers.
For me, I am looking for an unbiased opinion on my actual content, besides what MTM fans and RBNS/Gawker readers think. Love you guys, but it’s time to branch out.
Today I received an email alert that my post on finding a good professional makeup artist was listed on the front page. Hours later (in the wee hours of the morning) I found it on the Style page.
Whatever the case may be, I’m happy to see that my content can appeal to a mass “Meredith” audience. Because, despite what some of you think, my main goal is to share my experiences so you can make a decision one way or the other on a trend/exercise/product/service/restaurant/destination for yourself.
(P.S. I don’t think hair salons should be to blame for the decision their clients make on hair treatments. A botched job I get, but hair loss with extensions…isn’t that understood?!)
