Thanks so much for the info on cleansing. I did the Blueprint Cleanse Tues-Thurs this week and gave up caffeine while I was at it starting on Monday. I would say overall it was a really positive experience. I liked the blueprint cleanse juices a lot and I wasn’t ever hungry. I think I would plan my next cleanse to cheat with some celery or avocado mid-afternoon b/c those were the hardest times for me to not eat. I was amazed that my sense of taste changed so dramatically in 3 days, I wasn’t noticing all of the additional salt/sweeteners that were in my food and post-cleanse I really taste food. I will also plan a colonic and a massage into my next cleanse. I wasn’t so brave on the colonic front this time.
