As I read this post, I was enjoying (more like devouring) greek yogurt :( I don’t eat a lot of dairy, but I do drink a latte daily :( :( Sounds like I’ve found another source of my summer acne. I really do need to go back to green juice in the morning. I had so much more energy when my diet was cleaner.Tweet this!
