I know that you are pretty savvy at nutrition and staying fit and healthy. 
The past few months I lost weight at a rapid speed. I always eat pretty healthy. I am at the point where I need to gain weight because I am at the same size I was just out of high school. I am not sure if this is normal. Either way I feel awkwardly thin. 
Do you know of any sort of diet or foods that can help me put on a few pounds?

I’m not a nutritionist so I can just tell you what I would do in your shoes.

Despite what your goals are with your diet, you should always eat healthy foods in their simplest forms.  Carbs and fat will help you gain weight, but that doesn’t mean you need to reach for a hamburger or pizza.  Be smart and eat whole grains, lean meats, and unprocessed foods.  This way you can put on weight and not throw your system out of whack or endanger your organs.

My BEST advice would be to consult a nutritionist who can create a meal plan for you.
