No matter where I run, I’m in my Nike Free 5.0 shoes (like the one above). I absolutely love them because they’re so light and flexible yet provide the support I need.
On the beach even wearing shoes, the impact is still really hard on my knees and hips, so I usually do half of my run in the sand (to challenge myself) and then finish on the road.
My calves haven’t been sore, but they stay pretty in shape from spinning and running the stairs on a regular basis.Tweet this!
