Full Disclosure: this video sucks but the exercise you learn at the end is worth your minute.

Trainer Brice at fit offered to kick my ass today with a workout focusing on core, rear delts, and tripceps.  In the video, I show you my favorite move from the day: a side plank with a shoulder raise.  It’s not something you would do on your own, so I hope this video inspires you to force you to work it in.
