Meet Chef Scotty from Viking. Yesterday for The Frankel Building Group luncheon at The Parkgate Reserve model home, he prepared a spread of flavorful dishes that are easy to make and will stay fresh for a week in the fridge.

In this video he talks about how easy it is to roast pork.  The same process will yield a different meat when you change up the spices.

On my pork loin, I create my own marinade with teriyaki, soy sauce, Worcestershire, onions, salt, and pepper.
